We developed Genie for the consultation via web of all the information, stored at centralized level, about the projects realized with PKBIM software or the developed applications APP BIM.

All collected data are sent to Genie (developed in MySQL) and accessible for consultation via web through user name and password. The tool allows making targeted queries in order to get printouts of synthesis, thus displaying only certain information, according to the specific needs of the user. This feature allows technical managers to have reliable information taken on site and to program the interventions but also, in the long term, to foresee the evolution of the territory and to anticipate the priority projects to be implemented.

Access to Genie occurs through a web portal that can display all georeferenced information that are stored on the database, using as a reference the online cartography or the georeferenced images as orthophotos or technical maps.

The tool allows obtaining detailed information about objects and their photos taken during the survey phase, furthermore it is possible to perform searches related to the type of object and its classification to a specific geographical area. Genie provides the option of saving your searches  on standard output (pdf, xls) without the use of external programs and it is available for consultation from any device with a web browser (pc/tablet/smartphone).
